- Build and own the Terraform IaC and GitLab (SHIP-HATS) CI/CD that provision the Azure GCC integration backbone — Logic Apps, API Management, App Gateway, Service Bus, Function Apps, Storage — for a self-serve platform that abstracts day-2 cloud operations behind ITSM.
- Provision cloud resources and write per-module deployment pipelines as teams onboard; Logic Apps expose APIs bridging Azure Resource Manager with JSM (Jira Service Management), so module owners build workflow/function logic on the automation instead of managing infrastructure.

- Built platform-as-code (GitLab CI/CD, Terraform) for the MSF Datasphere Databricks lakehouse (Delta Lake): automated Unity Catalog access provisioning, Databricks job/resource permissions (ACLs), and multi-environment cluster provisioning with group-based (RBAC) access control; recommended configurations based on Databricks platform capabilities.
- Operated the CI/CD workflow that let 6 data engineers promote batch pipelines from non-prod to production across 3 data marts (CSV, Excel, SFTP ingestion) on AWS GCC; responded to pipeline failures and resolved security/compliance findings (RCA).
- Performed EC2 Linux patching and assisted an ingestion POC validating PySpark data loading (Parquet).
